The Humphrey Fellowship Program is accepting applications until 2 June 2023
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a one-year, fully funded program for mid-career professionals. The program is designed to enhance leadership among international professionals who collaborate to address local and global challenges whilst fostering change for collective good. This fellowship program has a high success rate with nearly half of the alumni having gone on to develop national policies, served as national trainers, and advised government officials on legislation in their home countries. Another 80% of surveyed alumni introduced new best practices and innovative management methods into their organisations back home.

Eligibility Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Five years of substantial professional experience
- Demonstrated record of leadership and public service
- Fluency in English
- A Zimbabwean citizen living and working in Zimbabwe at the time of application
- Limited or no prior experience in the United States
